Was anybody able to watch Teen USA prelims ? everything says off air.

I was able to watch part of it live, but am not able to watch the costume pageant, or now anything else. Seems like they are having huge issues where everything says upcoming, even though it is already passed. If anyone has a work around or solution, please share.
